Hello Randy,

It is probably the problem. I was at 100% of cpu and memory. I'm going to have to load meshcam onto another computer. (Thankfully I have another with less stuff running.)

Louis-

You should also look at scaling the image down when importing it. Like Randy mentioned, the cutter ends up acting like a mechanical filter so 300DPI is probably not adding much compared to 150DPI except making your computer get really warm while it's calculating everything.

Also, the V5 beta will let you use much more memory if you have a 64bit CPU. If you want to run it at 300DPI then the 64bit version may be a good solution.
