test cut using a 2" ball cutter to rough and then .5" to finish. Not bad!

Hello Tristar500, and welcome to the forum! Thank you for the great first post. That's a big head. And it must be a large machine you used! Architectural shapes router?

EDIT: Is it the large gantry router you were describing on CNCZone?

Completely new machine from the ground up. One machine, one purpose, to carve the human form in foam and light plastics etc for my primary business Sculpture!

This time around I'm using the Sense Scanner with rather good results. It takes some patience with the sense but good results can be had.
