Unfortunately CutViewer Mill does not have that capability, Rob. Would be a nice thing.

As to machining through support tabs, I'd rate the possible casues in this order:

1. Discrepancy in actual stock thickness vs. MeshCAM defined stock thickness.

2. Discrepancy in touching down tool to set Z=0.

3. Tool creeping out of toolholder and cutting progressively deeper than planned.

4. Stepper-driven machine losing steps in Z (or loose Z-axis motor coupling) and drifting down progressively.

I won't tell you how I know all that. :)

In the meantime, you can use the Z measuring tool in CutViewer to measure the depth from the top of the stock down to the top of the holding tab, and see how that compares to your machined workpiece.
